We make bio and natural wines, out of non-irrigated organic vineyards, with minimal use of machinery and automation. On Sundays we will be closed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>From 29\/05\/2026 to 31\/08\/2026: <\/strong>17:00 \u2013 21:30, except for Friday 14\/08\/2026 and Saturday 15\/08\/2026. On Sundays the winery will be closed except for Sunday 31\/05\/2026 (Holy Spirit weekend), and on Sundays 09\/08\/2026 and 16\/08\/2026.<\/p>\n<p><strong>From 01\/09\/2026 to 30\/09\/2026<\/strong>: 17:00 \u2013 21:30. If the visitor has specialized questions, the tour may last longer. The tour is free of charge.<\/p>\n<p>There are two tours a day, one in English and one in Greek.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the visiting time of the year, the tours take place as follows:<\/p>\n<p><strong>From 06\/04\/2026 to 18\/04\/2026 and from 01\/05\/2026 to 28\/05\/2026: <\/strong>at 12:00 in English and at 13:00 in Greek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>From 29\/05\/2026 to 31\/08\/2026 and from 01\/09\/2026 to 30\/09\/2026: <\/strong>at 18:00 in English and at 19:00 in Greek.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u25c6 The visit continues with the wine tasting in the yards and surrounding areas, with the following cost:<\/p>\n<p>Wine tasting packs:<\/p>\n<p>1. \u201cKsiro Horio\u201d White &#8211; \u201cKsiro Horio\u201d Rose &#8211; \u201cHaroumenos Vatrahos\u201d (three glasses of 50ml): 14,00 \u20ac<br \/>\n2. \u201c\u0391plotaria\u201d &#8211; \u201cAspalathros\u201d &#8211; \u201cOranz\u201d (three glasses of 50ml): 16,00 \u20ac<br \/>\nTasting per glass: from 6,00 \u20ac to 10,00 \u20ac \/ glass of 75ml, depending on the label<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u25c6 There is the possibility of retail purchase of our labels on site before leaving.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u25c6 It is necessary that you reserve your visit. Especially in July and August , the\u00a0reservation should be made 4-5 days in advance. The cost for this accompanying dish is 1,50 \u20ac \/ per person and it is served upon request.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u25c6 The winery is located in the northern part of the island. To come, you should follow the signs to the Taxiarhes Monastery. The dirt road to the winery begins 200m. after the monastery on your left( coming from Livadi) or, coming from Hora, 200m. before the Monastery on your right. In any case, there is a sign on the spot of the beginning of the dirt road.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u25c6 Be aware that the road after the sign is difficult (narrow agricultural road with an upward inclination). The biggest part of it is cement, but there are approximately 500m. dirt road (not suggested for low sport cars or inexperienced drivers).<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u25c6 Some of the taxis of the island can come to the winery, if you do not have your own means of transport. Furthermore, during the tour in the production area, they are exposed to very sensitive machineswith pointed edges. That is why the entrance in the production area during the tour is not allowed to children under 14 years old.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u25c6 Pets are allowed to all the surrounding areas of the winery, as long as they wear their lead and their security and hygiene regulations are met.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u25c6 During the harvest period (approximately after the 10th of August), there is the\u00a0possibility that the tour is conducted only at the outdoor area and not in the production area, for safety reasons.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u25c6 The winery is located in an altitude of 400m. with northern orientation. We also vinify traditional varieties of the Cyclades, such as Mandilaria (dry ros\u00e9), Monemvasia (dry white) and Assyrtiko (dry white). Aspalathros, named after the local thorn plants of Serifos, is our other dry ros\u00e9 blending rare local varieties.
